This is a stunning lithograph of "Blue Dancers" by Edgar Degas. It has been beautifully custom framed & matted - the frame compliments the lithograph perfectly. It is in good used condition - there are a few scuffs to the frame, but they aren't very noticeable. Within the matte, it measures about 15.5" tall by 13" wide. Framed, it measures about 23" tall by 21" wide. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! About the Artist Edgar Degas (1834 - 1917) was a French impressionist painter. He was very famous for his use of pastel colors and very dream-like paintings of dance, dancers, and ballerinas. Degas own style was different from "mainstream" French impressionists of his time, as he paid tribute to the old master painters and used colors and light quite differently than other French painters. His work covered many styles and subjects - and he was close with many other famous artists of his time, including Mary Stevenson Cassatt and Jean-Louis Forain. His work is still collected and celebrated worldwide today.
