Thanks for looking! Sold as is. No manual. Will REMOVE the tubes and pack them individually inside the power supply. (because of rough handling in shipment that is getting worse) Installed some upgrades as you can see from the pics. The only reason I am getting rid of this pwr supply is because I have built some others from scratch that will suite my needs just fine and don't need multiple pwr supplies sitting around. No returns. Note: Look at the pictures good. I have two of these and just decided to sell this one first that has the handle on the enclosure.
