Description

Superior Powerstat 7.5A AC variable transformer. 2 transformers wired for DC. I see secondary taps listed as 6V, 7V, 8V. Think I saw a USN stamp so I suspect surplus parts build. Tested. The AC variac is working fine. I get a constant 24V on the DC terminals. I do not know if they are supposed to be variable. There is a full bridge rectifier wired into the capacitor. The meters do not work. This is "built" into the box so I have not torn it apart to see what's up with the meters. It may be the old school toggle switch on the DC line. I cannot see enough of the wiring to see how its wired. This looks to be old school 50s-60s maybe 70s type build.
