Kin-u Takeshita 2 Woodblock Print Lot Flower Cart in Spring & Flower Cart in Autumn ~USED~ Print Size: 9½ " x 15" Outside Frame Size : 14½" x 20" Black Wooden Frame with Black mat within Blue M at Frames have minor scuffs/flaws. Estate owner purchased these 10+ years ago from the estate of a Japanese-American family. Vintage items from estate auction~Have not been deep cleaned Have not been inspected out of frame. Please see pictures of actual items. All measurements are approximate. Sold AS-IS This is apparently the second edition - without the red seal mark found on the first edition. “Harunobu (ca 1725-1770) was a Japanese designer of woodblocks. He is historically important as he was the first to produce full-color prints (nishiki-e) in 1765 rendering obsolete the former modes of two and three-colour prints.” Copies of this print are held by most of the major museums: British Museum, Museum of Fine Arts of Boston, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Art Institute of Chicago, Minneapolis Institute of Art etc Shipping: To reduce your shipping costs, 1st class/media shipping will be in a lightweight box or envelope.
