The pallet containing 9 amplifier pallet coupled together to obtain a 1500 Watt TV power amplifier and, each single board contains, 2x BLF861 type LD-Mos transistors for a total 18 LDMOS transistor. The pallet is mounted on a cooling plate suitable for dissipating the heat generated by the transistors and it is already equipped with an input connector (type SMA) and an output 7/16" Din To work, it only needs + 27/30 Volt power supply and it is suitable for both analogue (1500 watt) and digital (700/800 watt) TV transmission. The input power is approximately 2 Watts (for 1500 watts analog of output). Warnings. The heat sink plate must be adequately cooled by fans of adequate capacity. Failure to cool will quickly cause the LD-MOS transistors to break.
