Description

I had this tinted reproduction print custom framed in a mottled, antiqued gold-tone wooden frame, under glass, double-matted, and ready to hang after an early 1980's trip to Paris. The overall framed print measures 19 3/4" long x 15" wide. The actual tinted newspaper print is 14" x 9 3/4" and features two lovely, society ladies, dressed for a Ball, conversing in the salon's ladies area. The print is signed by the artist, L. Villard. The main type reads: Le Salon des Modes Parisiennes, 15 Novembre 1902, Automne -Hiver 1902-1903, TOILETTES DE BAL.
