Description

I recently sold this and it was returned as the speaker not working, the ground bent on the Transceiver, the connection next to the ground pushed in and a scratch on the Transceiver. I sent everything over to an electronic repair and had the ground fixed and the speaker. There is a slight dent on the side of the ground. The speaker works when hooked to a stereo system and when connected to the Transceiver it also works when on a station that has a signal (otherwise there is no sound). When the handheld mic is plugged in, it then has a squelching sound. But the repair shop gave the ok that everything is working like it should. Used Yaesu HF Transceiver FT-1000MP Mark-V with Yaesu Dynamic Microphone MH-31, Yaesu power supply FP-29, Yaesu External Speaker SP-6, power cord for power supply, and connector to power supply/transceiver. These are the only cords included (see pictures) all units are used, all power on. I tested speaker through my stereo system and it works as it should.
